Service and Support

For repair and service of products (In warranty or out of warranty)

FCB, Machine Vision and B2B Camera

Repairs and Service are performed at Vidtek Service in Nevada

  • Send the camera to the address below along with a copy of the original invoice/shipping manifest with serial #’s for warranty verification. 
  • Vidtek will validate the failure, repair it and send back to you when complete. 
  • Please note that since the unit will be repaired no credit will be issued. 
  • If out of warranty, you will be notified of the repair costs so you can determine how to proceed.
